Bi-weekly Arts & Expression Group | Ages 12–24
Explore painting, photography, journaling, DIY crafts, and self-expression in a relaxed, no-judgment space.
For parents ages 12–15
A gentle space focused on emotional support, friendships, confidence, and connection for young moms and pregnant youth.
Weekly group for queer young parents | Ages 12–24
A welcoming, affirming space for queer and trans parents. Snacks, discussion themes, guest speakers, and community support.
Seasonal outdoor wellness days
Beach days, forest walks, snow days, and community nature outings. Transportation and food included.
For youth aging out (ages 24–25)
Support with housing, education, life skills, MCFD transitions, and navigating adult services after youth supports end.
Weekly infant bonding + sensory play | Ages 0–3
Songs, tummy time, snacks, and parent connection.
Monthly peer & gentle parenting group
Routines, co-parenting, sleep, boundaries, emotions, and guest facilitators.
Weekly or bi-weekly literacy drop-in
Circle time, songs, free books, and snacks. Runs with local libraries.
Preschool readiness | Ages 2–5
Play-based learning, early literacy, social skills, and take-home kits.
Quarterly wellness night for moms
A night just for you — yoga, journaling, crafts, light pampering, and snacks. Childcare included.
Seasonal outings
Trips to farms, aquariums, splash pads, and local attractions. Transportation provided.
Monthly family care packages
Diapers, wipes, formula, hygiene items & grocery support when available.

6–8 week program for parenting while healing
Skills for managing triggers, bonding, co-parenting, rebuilding trust, and navigating MCFD.
Grief & healing circle
For parents experiencing loss — custody loss, grief related to addiction, or identity changes in recovery. Optional cultural healing elements.

Goal setting, system navigation, MCFD-safe advocacy, and emotional support.
